KAFE provides a very simple VHO service for users with nonmember organizations. The VHO service enables them to log in KAFE-federated application services. KAFE staffs administer VHO user accounts: the creation or deletion of users, or update of their information, if necessary.

It is important to distinguish the users holding VHO identifier from the "normal" users. In principle, users in KAFE VHO have attributes specified as follows.
